Birger Nordins famous collection with art, items and books can now be found at the Museum of Forestry.The collection is owned by Sparbankstiftelsen Norrland. The items are newly arrived and being worked on. A themed exhibition is now available at the museum.

Birger Perssons beetle collection. There are also beetle collections at the museum. These are now catalogued with contributions from the Swedish species project. The largest is Birger Perssons beetle collection.
